Developing good business plan for Façade One. For aluminum building envelop like, aluminum windows, facades, seamless railing, Entrances glazing.
Executing the annual, quarterly and monthly plan as planned
Developing channel partners for Seamless railing and entrances glazing,
Competitors analysis,
Handle multiple customer inquiries, process orders and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and ensuring timely price quotations and/or proposals.
Identification of A B AND C Class architects.
Ensuring proper specification of products from the architects, builders, PMC consultants & façade consultants & contractors.
Building strong relation with the architects, PMC, Façade consultant, developer and Façade contractors.
Maintaining & analyzing the competitor’s product & new activities in the market.
Preparing short term & long term plans to counter the competitor’s strategies.
Very good in customer service so as to retain customers & generate high potential leads & references from them.
Brand promotion activities i.e. Architects and Consultant meet.
Ensuring Planning & Scheduling of the project as per the timelines committed to the customer and ensuring its execution & closure as per the project schedule.
Preparing weekly, monthly & annual MIS reports & its analysis with higher management, Follow it up with timely actions
Ideal Candidate will be from Glass, Aluminum industry, Automobile, glass fabrication. Architect consultant, Façade industry candidates will be preferred.
